Responsibilities:
The Assistant Office Manager provides day- to-day leadership for all activities, process and personnel relating to the service and dispatch departments.
- Provide leadership and direction for the service and dispatch functions.
- Oversee the preparation and analyze daily and monthly reports pertaining to the company’s service and dispatch activities.
- Recommend and implement changes to the service and dispatch processes and procedures of the business to improve operational performance.
- Oversee the monitoring and routing of service work, ensuring that systems are operational and are being effectively utilized in the assignment and routing of work.
- Effectively deal with customer service issues and escalated customer complaints.
- Handle all communication, billing, and payments with commercial clients.
- Review and edit all commercial contracts and invoices before submitting to vendor.
- Ensure the effective training and development of staff.
- Review and resolve issues affecting customer/Company objectives.
- Managing communication emails, newsletters and promotions to customer and potential customers.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of five years’ experience or supervising Service and/or Dispatch functions required. An understanding of Plumbing/HVAC is preferred.
- Associate’s in a technical or business field preferred. Significant relevant experience may be substituted for the educational requirement.
- Experience with Service Titan a plus
- Management and / or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
