As a Logistics Coordinator II, you would be responsible for performing various clerical functions, including processing outgoing shipments.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous logistics experience is highly preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Knowledge of sales, shipping, and invoicing
- Knowledge of FedEx program and credit card sales
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with others to complete daily tasks
- Ability to utilize an automated accounting system (MAS200)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records, input data, and create reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare packing slips, labels, and sales invoices for products shipped via FedEx, UPS, and other carriers
- Maintains database of shipment data to ensure that customer orders are updated and that appropriate billing documents are provided to accounting or other associated departments as required
- Process credit card remittances or other forms of payment from customers
- Prepares bills of lading and dray tickets for shipments
- Print and mail sales invoices to customers for the department
- Notifies supervisor of major discrepancies
- Performs other duties as assigned
