We are seeking candidates with automotive accessories and parts experience, including inventory control, and knowledge of electronic parts catalogues; experience with manufacture specific catalogues is preferred. Employee will be working with both factory (OE) sourcing as well as aftermarket purchases. Accessories parts employees procure everything from floor liners and bug shields all the way up to level and lift kits, bed toppers, wheels, tires, and everything in between. Schedule is full-time and may include Saturdays.
Job duties will include selling parts to customers and vendors via phone, internet, and in person, maintaining inventory records, assisting customers and technicians with parts and accessories needs and obtaining parts information, creating invoices, processing orders, returns, and warranties, and receiving parts from delivery. You will be working with customers and technicians closely, the ability to communicate effectively, make recommendations, and prioritize items in order of importance is required.
Work in performed indoors spending up to 75% of work shift using computers and phone systems. Standing and walking for up to 50% of work shift is required to assist clients at the counter and deliver parts to technicians. Carrying and lifting 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds rarely required when moving parts.
