CLASS SUMMARY:
Responsible for maintaining floor surfaces in airport facilities to include carpet, vct tile, terrazzo floors or any other surface flooring. Assists with Environmental Service Technician I duties including cleaning and disinfecting of all Airport facilities ensuring a safe and sanitary environment. Interacts with passengers and customers throughout the shift to support airport operations.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED preferred and up to two years of cleaning experience, including 1 year of experience of floorcare equipment; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. ADA AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Positions in this class typically require: balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
