We are looking for a Professional Marketing (HCP) Omni-Channel Lead to join our Marketing Team and help us push forward our HCP, digital-first vision! Working within the Marketing Team you will drive our transformation agenda in professional marketing across our Cluster.
You will be leading HCP Omni-Channel, working closely with the local Southern European teams and being a key partner of the Regional (EMEA) and Global marketing teams.

What will you do
Key Responsibilities
Build Southern Europe Omni-Channel Professional Strategy including route to market.
- Build an omni-channel professional strategy including prioritization of HCP targets and brands, and optimal route to market based on HCP data and Professional marketing guidelines.
- Build the 3-year Business Plan for Southern Europe markets and funding. Keep evolving the model based on the latest knowledge and industry expertise.
- Champion digital as a key touchpoint for HCPs and drives omni-channel agenda.
- Partner with Global, Regional and Cluster Brand Development teams to define and craft the professional marketing strategy for their brands including any innovation, clinical studies, and scientific information.
Lead the consistent implementation of Professional Marketing Strategy
- Partner with local markets to help them transform their professional marketing models, drive consistent execution of 3-year Operating Model, and ignite new business opportunities behind HCP translating them into value-adding propositions.
- Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Brand Activation, Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, IT and Business Insights.
- Lead pilot projects for the Cluster in partnership with a lead market and scale to other countries, driving agility in execution.
- Establish and build on HCP engagement.
- Drive HCP engagement across Southern Europe cluster countries building strong network with key opinion leaders, associations, and societies and monitoring industry developments impacting business.
- Collaborate with global and local Professional teams to work with these KOLs for speaker programs, digital content, PR activities, and advisory boards.
Drive Professional Marketing Intelligence and Compliance
- Build processes and capabilities that put the HCP at the center of our strategies and plans.
- Support brand teams with market research activities involving HCPs
- Define and standardize omni-channel critical metrics across the cluster and ensure robust reporting.
- Compliance : Ensure systems are in place to ensure compliance with Regulatory Authority and corporate requirements and HCC requirements.
Leadership
Develop and mentor team and upskill broader organization on HCP marketing.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Education
- Degree in Pharmacy or other medical sciences, or closely related specialty.
- Post-graduate education or equivalent experience in health care markets and / or business administration is desirable.
Required experience
- 10 years mix of Consumer, Pharma and / or OTC experience.
- Experience from a multi-national or regional company in preferably FMCG.
- Experience in medical detailing / professional communication
- Digital experience in developing and implementing campaigns.
- Agency management experience
Skills Required
- English proficiency is required (other languages a plus)
- Experience in working with medical detailing / professional communication, tools and metrics
- Proven track record in developing omnichannel strategy & put it into excellence in execution and performance.
- Digital Experience (persona, content, campaign development, metrics)
- Strong eye for business and P&L understanding to determine implications of marketing.
- Able to lead and influence without direct authority and handle a high-level of complexity.
- Strong strategic mindset
- Social skills and collaborative style, able to work with multiple partners simultaneously and drive action and results.
