ON THE JOB, YOU'LL:
- Run paving machines with skill and precision
- Handle daily equipment checks that keep us running smooth
- Master paver controls, automatics, and components
- Build quality roads on ODOT, WSDOT, and local projects
- Travel with our crew throughout Oregon and Washington
THIS POSITION REQUIRES:
- Must have 3 to 5 years running CAT, Vogele, and/or other asphalt paving machines
- Keep busy in off-season running other heavy equipment
- Put safety first with solid situational awareness
- Sharp eye for engine, hydraulic, and electrical issues - spot them fast and protect the machine
- Valid license w/ acceptable drivers record
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
