What You'll Do:
- The blending operator is responsible for performing all dry blending operations, to ensure continuous operation:
- Verify all lot numbers on the MO have been circled by stager
- Ensure blends are placed into the blender correctly, utilizing process control sheets/blending instructions
- Present sample to QA, make changes per QA instructions
- Maintain sanitation level in the blending area at all times
- Point out equipment problems to maintenance for repairs and follow up on progress
- Work with other operators and Supervisor to ensure a smooth transition from shift to shift
- All other duties as assigned
What You'll Need To Be Successful & Safe:
- You must be alert, ambitious, hard-working, detail-orientated, and able to follow directions
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and relates in a positive manner when interacting with all personnel
- 6 months of production experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to carry heavy objects and work in both hot and cold temperatures
