About The Role
We have X2 exciting opportunities for a Junior Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Developer to join our team in Naas! Both roles are business and customer facing therefore the ideal candidates will need be able to communicate well with individuals who have varying technical backgrounds.
The Junior Salesforce Developer role is a great opportunity for someone coming from a Salesforce Administrator background with good configuration experience, looking to get into a Developer role.
Kerry operates a Hybrid working policy, candidates will be required to come to our offices in Naas as required.
What will I be doing?
Participate in and lead business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements.- Formulate and design Salesforce solutions using secure, scalable, best-practice methods and approaches.
- Participate in partnerships with diverse teams of colleagues and third-party agents to agree requirements, plans and outcomes to deliver the business objectives.
- Provide input to estimation, resource planning, defining standards and schedules that can be delivered.
- Manage releases to our production system in line with our defined deployment process.
- Design, implement, test and deploy solutions for SFDC on the lightning platform using Salesforce config, Flow, Visualforce, LWC etc.
What do I need to be successful?
In Kerry we understand that people have very different career trajectories and experiences. In order to be successful in this role we would be looking for the right competencies and aptitudes as well as your proven track record of success in a similar role and environment.
These include:
Degree in ICT, Business or other related discipline.- Proven experience in Salesforce implementation in consultancy and/or industry in a developer and/or technical lead role.
- Working knowledge and experience of (but not exclusive) of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Integrations, Configuration, Testing, DevOps, Security, LWC.
- Knowledge and/or experience of Salesforce products including but not exclusively Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketo.
- Salesforce certification a distinct advantage.
