Full Job Description
Kerwin Plumbing and Heating is a second generation family owned and operated, 40 year old plumbing company servicing the greater Denver metro area. We are currently seeking individuals to fill our service plumber position working in our commercial and residential divisions.
Kerwin Plumbing and Heating offers:
Competitive pay based on experience
Eligible for health and dental insurance the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment
Simple IRA with company match after 1 year of employment
Paid Time Off (PTO) begins accruing with the first hour worked up to 48 hours a year, increasing to 80 hours after three years of employment
6 Paid holidays a year, eligible after 90 days of employment

Requirements for this position are as follows:
A valid driver’s license
Strong customer service focus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Plumbing experience is not necessary but is a plus
Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality
Previous experience with sales is a bonus
Good attitude, willingness to learn
Self-motivated, strong attention to detail
Must have own, reliable transportation
Pay is negotiable and will depend upon experience.
