Responsibilities
- Finalize Retail deals
- Post daily bank entries
- Manage and monitor CIT
- Complete daily payoffs for floorplans and trades
- Work closely with Sales dept on any issues
- Weekly schedule reviews/emails
- Reconcile manufacturer statements
- Manage Portfolio claims/cancellations/submissions
- Reconcile reserve statements
Qualifications
- Knowledge with CDK or another GL Software a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Google Docs
- Positive attitude and eagerness to improve
- Driven personality and able to be successful in an individual and team setting
- Ability to meet deadlines
