Due to our growth, we are looking to hire an HR Assistant to work in our Wichita office to aid with HR and Recruiting functions. In this role, you will identify potential candidates, develop talent pipelines, assist with the onboarding process, support safety and training and continue to learn about HR in an exciting and growing industry. This position will be part-time with flexible working hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Effectively support HR and recruiting functions
- Assist with the documentation and tracking with training programs and employees
- Actively source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards
- Partner and consult with the Recruiting Manager to continually align on candidate profile and requisition needs
- Create talent pipelines for current and future search projects
- Assist with onboarding and new hire surveys
- Providing excellent applicant external and internal customer service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Progressing towards a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is preferred
- Excitement, passion and strong interest around recruiting and HR Operations
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral) with attention to detail
- Ability to successfully engage and work with cross-functional partners across the organization as needed
