As a Client Service Associate, you will support our Executive Client Account Manager with client onboarding and servicing, aid our Managing Partner in preparing for client meetings and post-meeting account management, assist with firm finances and work alongside our current finance manager, office management work, and report to the Managing Partner with direct team support and training.

The ideal candidate will possess working knowledge of QuickBooks(basic level) and Microsoft Office Suite. They will be an exceptional self-starter with the ability to work well both independently, and as a team. Although not required, a Series 6/7 and a Series 65/66 is preferred. This is an in-office opportunity, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a client facing, in person position.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
