- Compensation: Pay: starts at $70hr plus productivity incentive bonus
- Hours: Office hours Mon-Fri (In-Person, Telehealth, Flexible Work from Home Hybrid). No on call.

Key Point Health Services is a leading nonprofit agency serving people with behavioral healthcare needs in the Greater Baltimore area since 1982. We provide comprehensive community-based services to adults and children that support the individuals journey to wellness and recovery. Among the programs and services, we provide are psychotherapy and psychiatric care in our Outpatient Mental Health Centers, Adult and Child Psychiatric Rehabilitation in the home and community, Adult Residential Services, School-Based Therapy, Community Outreach for adults.
Who We Need:
We are currently looking for a part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (CRNP-PMH) to join our Aberdeen clinic team. Experience with Adult and Geriatric clients preferred.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Diagnosis, medication management, and medical treatment as it relates to the patient’s mental health needs.
- Coordinates with the treatment team on the implementation of appropriate treatment strategies for patients and patient’s families.
- Contributes to regular team meetings and/or conducts medical staff meetings and supervision.
- May provide individual psychotherapy and crisis intervention as needed, and group and family psychotherapy as desired.
- Timely completion of treatment documentation with well-supported EMR.
- Adhere to standards and regulations as set forth by the agency, respective licensing board, and COMAR.
- Abide by all safety rules and regulations of the department and facility.
- Carry out the mission, philosophy of care, and policies of Key Point.
- Perform other duties as needed to achieve program goals and objectives.
What You Need:
- Able to provide collegial leadership to the treatment team including therapists and medical assistants and work with the Medical Director.
- Valid and active Maryland driver's license or ID (or state of residence).
- Able to pass a criminal background check, MVA check, and provide a negative drug screen at time of employment offer.
