KRG has partnered with an international manufacturing company who is seeking a Client Relations Representative to handle all incoming and outgoing requests from clients regarding orders, invoices, complaints and other related tasks.
The responsibilities in this role will include:
- Receiving and responding to communications from clients including phone, email, live chats
- Providing quotations and following-up on order requests
- Working closely with shipping to ensure client satisfaction
- Identifying and resolving complaints
- Maintaining client information and records
Ideal candidates will have the ability to quickly solve problems, work well under pressure, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements
- 3 years of customer service experience in an office setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ACCPAC experience preferred
- Inside sales experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Friendly, outgoing demeanor with customer service mindset
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
