Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as the primary developer for Workday integrations and customizations, working closely with business analysts and project managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using best practices and in accordance with company standards
Configure Workday security, including user roles and permissions, data access policies, and integration user accounts
Monitor Workday integration jobs and troubleshoot errors as needed
Write and maintain detailed documentation of all Workday integrations and customizations
Keep abreast of new Workday features and functionality, and make recommendations on how to leverage them to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday integrations and customizations, providing guidance and support to less experienced team members
Participate in Workday upgrade projects, testing new features and functionality prior to production deployment
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to resolve cross-functional issues related to Workday
Assist with the development and maintenance of training materials and user guides
Provide Tier 2/3 support for Workday end users
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
3-5 years professional experience as a Workday developer or consultant
Expertise in Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Report Writer, Business Process Framework)
Experience with Workday security, data conversions, and customizations
Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
Proficient in one or more programming languages (Java, C#, .NET, etc.)
