3 days a week at McCormick Riverfront Library 101 Walnut Street Harrisburg PA 17101

2 days remote

• Has strong existing relationships with area agencies, organizations and youth groups that serve adolescents (16-24);
• Has the ability to recognize the potential of at promise youth;
• Has the ability to have meaningful conversations with youth and their families;
• Recruit, coordinate arrival of students and transition graduates into careers
• Works as a team to accomplish goal;
• Works cooperatively with Career Technical Training (vocational education) and Career Transition Readiness staff to provide exiting students with comprehensive and individualized case management.
• Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field from an accredited school; OR
• Associate’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field from an accredited school and two years’ related experience in youth programs.

Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet Company insurability requirements.
