Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Provide behavior analysis services to clients, including direct therapy and parent training
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to address skill deficits and challenging behaviors
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven treatment decisions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis
Skills:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Proficient in data collection and analysis techniques
- Ability to provide patient-centered care and adapt interventions based on individual needs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Strong organizational skills for managing caseloads, scheduling, and documentation
- Knowledge of medical documentation and record keeping procedures
