Kforce has a client that is seeking an Agile Coach in Chicago, IL. Summary: The client is looking for and experienced Agile Coach who can work with multiple global teams and proactively support team success without pushing a rigid playbook. They are looking for someone who will ask questions and seek to understand the teams before launching a playbook. The client is also looking for someone who is receptive to the team's and leader's feedback. This person will focus on creating high performing teams and on building both clarity and accountability into agile/scrum adoption efforts. Responsibilities:

- Coach and mentor Agile/Scrum and Kanban teams, and cross-functional groups to enhance Agile adoption and deliver high-performing results
- Agile Coach will establish best practices for sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies while focusing on team accountability and goal achievement
- Collaborate with global teams and leaders to ensure successful implementation of Agile practices and align teams with the business mission
- Encourage continuous improvement and drive cultural transformation through effective Agile coaching
- As an Agile Coach, you will facilitate strong relationships across Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Development Teams, and leadership to ensure alignment on team goals and processes
- Help teams articulate the "why" behind Agile practices and decisions, enabling deeper team understanding and buy-in
- 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach, working with multiple teams simultaneously, ideally across geographically distributed teams
- Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies with a proven track record of successfully implementing Agile practices
- Demonstrated experience guiding teams through sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile processes to deliver results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster collaboration between Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams
- Proven ability to support team accountability, clarity, and performance through proactive coaching and leadership
- Ability to tailor coaching methods based on team dynamics without relying on a rigid playbook, ensuring alignment with team and organizational needs
- Experience working with global, cross-functional Agile teams in a large-scale organization
- Strong facilitation skills and experience driving transformation at the team level, while working closely with Scrum Masters and Product Owners
- Ability to coach teams on building clarity, accountability, and improving performance through Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile management tools to track progress and outcomes
