RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Diego, CA that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst IV.Key Tasks:- Business Systems Analyst IV will be a motivator that drives accountability to proven, convenient, automated processes
- Identification of process/data gaps with proposed solution plans (deliverables/timeline) to overcome them
- Leader of meetings, facilitating new demos, collection of action items followed up by summary emails/group instant messages with reminders/tracking of progress
- Creation of documentation ranging from high level summaries to detailed process steps
- Cleanup of unstructured data for upload to different applications or databases
- Project and program roadmap planning eliminating scope creep
- Cleanup of unstructured data for upload to different applications or databases
REQUIREMENTS:
- Created a Process Design Document (PDD) or requirements template from scratch containing all of the information needed to satisfy a project
- Strong process optimization skills and the ability to define the benefit for process owners to pivot to the proposed process
- Experience working with Engineering leadership to obtain project approvals
- Ability to secure access to application/systems within a condensed time frame with a high level of ambiguity regarding the appropriate source to fulfill the obligation
- Experience collecting and organizing data into clear visuals ranging from high level summaries to detailed project metrics-based views
- Proven work history demonstrating the ability to tell an organization's story to drive awareness and prosperity
- Strong master data management, dashboard building and reporting background
- Agile Fundamentals
- Genuine enjoyment and passion for ad hoc reporting requests that have a tight deadline for delivery
- Designed Return on Investment (ROI) calculations that are complex while easy to explain to individuals unfamiliar with the program
- UiPath Orchestrator Insights
- UiPath Automation Hub
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) facilitation and test case creation
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) related data creation and collection experience
- RPA Program Management
- Automation Center of Excellence experience
- Management and generation of a pipeline of project requests
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
