Salesforce Vlocity Architect

Kforce has a client in Armonk, NY that is seeking a Salesforce Vlocity Architect. Responsibilities:

• The Salesforce Vlocity Architect will lead the technical delivery of Salesforce Industries Vlocity implementations including: Development of custom solutions and integrations; Managing technical scope and client expectations; Providing hands-on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues
• Designing and managing the execution of test plans and ensuring a quality solution is delivered
• Coach and mentor junior technical team members
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce and Industries Vlocity platform and products
• Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions
• Provide guidance during evaluation of a business requirement and how it can be met with either point-and-click configuration or code and customization
• The Salesforce Vlocity Architect will follow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions

• 5 years of Salesforce experience with the last 3-5 years as a Technical Architect
• 4 years of hands-on Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS development experience
• 2 years of Web Services development or experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/Bulk, etc.)
• Demonstrate technical thought leadership during projects and during project recap to other consultants
• Have a strong working knowledge of Salesforce Omni-Studio, Lightning Web Component Framework, APEX and Visualforce
• Be comfortable with agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)
• Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
• Expert level understanding of the Salesforce Industries Vlocity platforms (Communications Cloud, Energy & Utilities Cloud, Insurance Cloud) with functional knowledge of the core product suite, including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Strong knowledge and experience of Salesforce development, configuration, and administration capabilities
