RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a CPQ Program Manager in Town and Country, MO.
Summary:
The CPQ Program Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of our enterprise CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) software within cable communications client. This role is critical in transforming our sales processes, enhancing customer experience, and improving our ability to rapidly bring products and services to market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale CPQ implementations, preferably within the cable or telecommunication industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* CPQ Program Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the CPQ implementation project across multiple departments within Company
* Work closely with IT, sales, finance, and product teams to ensure the CPQ solution is tailored to meet business needs and integrated with existing systems
* Manage a cross-functional project team, including external vendors and consultants, to achieve project milestones and deliverables
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status, and resource allocation
* Utilize project management tools and best practices to keep track of project performance and manage the team's tasks and workflow
* As a CPQ Program Manager, you will coordinate with stakeholders to define the system requirements, customizations, and configurations necessary for the CPQ system
* Ensure that the project adheres to the established budget and timeline, and implement corrective measures when necessary
* Facilitate change management processes, including training and support for end-users upon deployment of the new system
* Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
* Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is advantageous
* Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, specifically with CPQ or similar enterprise-level software implementations
* Demonstrated experience in the cable or telecommunication industry is highly preferred
* Knowledge of sales processes and technology integration within large scale operations
* Strong project management skills, including experience with PMO methodologies and tools
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with teams across the organization
* Ability to manage complex projects with multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
