RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer in Annapolis, MN.
Summary:
As a DevSec Ops Engineer you will be challenged as you solve complex problems, create and brief technical information and collaborate with various entities within the Intelligence Community. You will be responsible for managing cloud-based services, in particular with DevSecOps and continuous integration in order to maintain and obtain operation authorization. You will own the DevSec Ops structure and pipeline running at various classification levels and help drive strategies for critical government customers.
Key Tasks:
* Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols
* Mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
* One of the following certifications: CySA , GICP, Security , SSCP, CASP, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CND or GSEC
* Expertise in AWS cloud environments
* In-depth technical expertise in DevSecOps techniques, continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD) and testing, development of end-to-end solution deployment across environments
* DevOps tools including Pipeline management, Docker, Gitlab, Ansible, AWS, SDKs, etc.
Desired Skills:
* Experience with ATO process and A&A packages
* Languages and database knowledge (Ruby/MySQL)
* RHEL/Linux administration
* Great leadership and communication skills
* Ability and willingness to help others
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
