IS Systems Analyst II

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Columbus, OH that is looking for an IS Systems Analyst II (Contract-to-hire). This position is mostly remote, but candidates must be able to be on-site for day 1 orientation and project kick-off on January 1st, 2025.

Principle Responsibilities:
* Supports complex medium to large system across several departments
* Provides customer service to define business needs and translate those needs into system functionality requirements
* Provides analysis on system design specifications and system/product evaluation
* Provides system coding and programming as required
* Develops and implements data queries and reports as needed
* Creates and maintains high quality system, report, and interface test scripts
* Determines and defines necessary budget items to support assigned systems
* Performs system updates, patches, service releases, and upgrades as needed
* Utilizes IS Operational support systems to include Help Desk, Change Control, Problem Management, source, and version control
* Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure products meet the business needs and objectives
* Works to minimize systems outages and the effects of outages on Company users by scheduling needed outages to provide minimal disruption of service to users
* Knowledgeable of the organization's IS Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies to include familiarity with defined project phases and project deliverables
* Knowledgeable of and adheres to organization's policies, processes, procedures, standards, and guidelines governing privacy, security, and disaster recovery/business continuity
* Uses and accesses systems and information only for authorized purposes and in accordance with security procedures and guidelines to perform job duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
* BS degree in IS, Computer Science or equivalent experience required
* Experience with Workday or some type of ERP experience
* Supply Chain knowledge not required but highly desirable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
