RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking a Program Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, the Program Coordinator will oversee and connect multiple project workflows, ensuring clear and consistent communication & alignment across the working team and relevant stakeholders
* Develop and manage program roadmap, timeline and budget and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
* Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality and performance
* The Program Coordinator will work with program team members to identify analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks
* Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
* Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
* Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
* As a Program Coordinator, you will report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed-escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation and organizational skills, honed through 7 years of experience in program management and / or managing large-scale market research or analytic projects
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills, paired with experience working closely with senior executives and cross-functional partners to deliver on key strategic initiatives
* Ability to deal with ambiguity, clarify priorities and drive change in a dynamic, results-oriented matrixed environment
* Familiarity with market research data sources, methodologies and analytic tools, particularly related to longitudinal survey research
* Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles
