Description
Kforce has a client in need of an Accounts Payable Specialist.Responsibilities :
- Accounts Payable Specialist will manage the AP process, including all vendor records, paying vendor invoices, timely and accurately, and coding to appropriate accounts
- Year end printing out of 1099s
- Reach out to vendors
- Cut checks
- As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will send unclaimed check information to the state
- Assist with month end, GL Close, Journal Entries
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of AP experience
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Experience sending unclaimed check information to the state
- Strong Excel skills
- Attention to detail and professionalism
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
