What are the responsibilities and job description for the Expense coordinator position at Kforce?

Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is seeking a Travel & Expense Coordinator who will provide the day to day support for the T&E Team within the payroll group.

The Travel & Expense Coordinator will aid in the auditing of expenses / credit card transactions and offer support to the team by monitoring the mailbox.

This position will report to the T&E Supervisor. Responsibilities :

  • Maintain open and consistent communications with employees through phone calls and emails for information regarding expense transitional discrepancies
  • Monitor and distribute all incoming emails regarding expense process and the Ramp system
  • Cross reference pre diems submitted by field employees checking for duplicates
  • Control over future booking tool called Onriva
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of data entry experience
  • Understanding importance of deadlines and accuracy
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of computer programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Knowledge of Ramp helpful but not required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.

This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note : Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
