Overview
We are seeking a motivated Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead to join our team at our facility in Lowville, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean Manufacturing Principles, Six Sigma Experience, Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement, and Data Analysis and Manipulation.
Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and cost savings
- Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues
- Utilize data analysis and manipulation techniques to drive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Train and mentor team members on continuous improvement best practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Demonstrated expertise in root cause analysis and continuous improvement techniques
- Strong data analysis and manipulation skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus

Salary info:
$26 - $30 / hr
