Job Description:
About the Role:
We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our organization. In this position, you will help prioritize, coordinate and carry out all human resource department projects and processes for the company. You will work directly with and assist the team to fulfill a variety of vital HR tasks. This role will be using our HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software, so strong computer and clerical skills are a must. You will also help maintain both a positive employee and candidate relations and work happiness through by encouraging a positive work environment. You should be highly organized, meticulous and most importantly, personable and approachable.
What You Will Do:
- Maintain the company’s calendar and schedule any meetings required
- Manage the company mailroom, no less than twice per week or as required
- Support the employees as the Travel Champion, assisting with any business travel arrangements
- Assist in the full hiring process of employees, including recruitment, interviews, verifying backgrounds and drug test completions, and new possible candidates in HRIS
- Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed
- Present any new or additional training materials to employees
- Help ensure payroll processes are correct
- Foster positive employee relations at work, tackling any employee issues that surface
- Make sure all employee records are filed accurately and kept confidential
- Abide by company-enforced HR processes and current employment laws and regulations
- Under the leadership of the Talent Director, be a vital source of human resources information, answering any questions employees and candidates may have
- Support any other special projects the Executive Leadership or HR team needs assistance with

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
- 2 years of relevant experience in HR work
- Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using HR software and HRIS databases
- Reliable and personable; enjoy working with a diverse range of individuals and ensuring employee requirements and needs are met first
Salary Range:
Min Range: $18.41 per Hour
Mid Range: $26.30 per Hour
Max Range: $34.19 per Hour
