This position is open to you if you already have experience with children from group settings such as daycare, short-term summer nannying, camp counseling, or preschool teaching, or other in-home experience for even short periods.

Compensation Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage: $18- $20/hour depending on experience and availability
- Benefits after 90 days for those employees upholding full-time hours includes health care stipend, accrued sick pay, matching contribution to retirement or school loan repayment

About you:
- You will be able to provide 3 references, at least 2 from previous childcare work
- You have relatable childcare experience and the desire to work one-on-one with children in their home, infant experience highly desired
- Your phone isn’t your life, and you can disconnect from it to connect with a child
- You have a reliable vehicle
- You’re already CPR certified or able to be so
- You are vaccinated for Covid-19
