Responsibilities:
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into various systems and databases
- Type and transcribe documents as needed
- Maintain organized files and records
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong administrative skills, including filing, record keeping, and document management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
