The ABA Scheduler must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities -
- Schedule Coordination:
- Develop and manage the therapy schedules for clients, ensuring optimal match between client needs and therapist availability.
- Coordinate with therapists to accommodate their availability and adjust schedules as needed.
- Communicate schedule changes promptly to all relevant parties, including clients, therapists, and families.
- Client and Therapist Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families regarding scheduling matters.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with therapists regarding their schedules, session changes, and client information.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled sessions, cancellations, and rescheduled appointments.
- Utilize scheduling software and tools to manage appointments and track client progress.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly schedules to all relevant parties.
- Problem-Solving:
- Address scheduling conflicts and issues promptly and effectively.
