Kids Science Labs is looking for summer camp directors to join us this Summer who will shape our beautiful learning environment for staff and students, while delivering an unforgettable hands-on science experience. Our summer camp director position offers day-to-day management, service excellence, team leadership, and aligns our team on delivering great programs.

The Summer Camp Director / Summer Camp Manager is the core leader of our center operations, responsible for staff success, operations of the center, executing our Covid-19 safety protocols, and understanding the key performance indicators that result in amazing student experiences. Requirements
- BS/BA degree (or MS/MA degree in progress)
- Pay: $26/hr potential bonus for working all of camp
- Strong decision making skills
- Integrity and a strong leader of teams
- Camp, customer relations, and/or management experience
- Ability to adapt and operate in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- High level of personal responsibility and honesty
- Imagination, thoughtfulness, and good sense of humor
- Desire to work with kids
