Job Duties
- Assist the Director in managing all KidStrong sales goals.
- Drive membership sales through outbound phone calls to interested families.
- Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service for our children and families.
- Organize and coordinate KidStrong events such as: birthday parties, camps, and Parent’s Night Out.
- Ensure that front desk systems are followed such as: Member Check-In, telephone inquiries, guest registration, cash handling, customer care calls, and change requests.
- Assist with planning and promoting out of center events.
- Able to teach KidStrong classes, if needed, developed by our in-house child development

Job Qualifications
- Love for Children is a must!
- Strong sales mentality and comfortability with outbound sales efforts.
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including at least three evenings per week (the last class ends at 7 pm) and weekends (at least 1 weekend morning).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
- Outbound phone sales experience.
- Customer service: 1-2 years
- Sales experience: 1-2 years
- Required shifts: Mid-Day, Evening, and Weekends
- This is typically an indoor position within a KidStrong facility.
- May require standing or sitting for extended periods.
- Fast paced-high energy environment
