JOB DESCRIPTION
Manager of School Partnerships is responsible for forming and growing partnerships with private and public schools in their designated region(s) and bringing KidzToPros programs to the schools.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for outreach to all public and private schools within a designated region(s) and securing designated number of school partnerships within each region
- Secure meetings with school principals and heads of schools
- Presentation of KidzToPros programs to school representatives, ensuring they understand all company offerings
- Collaborate with school and internal teams to determine the best programs for each school
- Work with sales operations to team to deliver and finalize contracts
- Work with sales operations to ensure schools are set-up, have needed materials and are ready for enrollment
- Ensure the continued growth and success of KidzToPros programs at all schools within region
- Provide input to the company leaders on ways to optimize our customer journey and provide a great customer experience.
Requirements
SKILLS REQUIRED & QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar sales role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and can manage different types of tasks
- Results-driven and sees tasks through to completion
- Experienced in using CRM systems
