Capture Manager

Expertise and Function:

• Work with leadership team to develop, maintain, and executes a business plan outlining short and long-term growth strategy for new business
• Work with corporate leadership team, directors, and managers to continuously evolve knowledge and presentation of KIHOMAC capabilities and offerings
• Research and qualify new business opportunities using tools such as Sam.gov, GovWin, etc.
• Contact Naval Aviation department and program offices to arrange meetings to discuss program needs and KIHOMAC offerings
• Prepare and present KIHOMAC capability presentations to customers
• Create marketing material drafts and coordinate refinements with SMEs and graphics artists
• Assess KIHOMAC capabilities with respect to solicitation requirements
• Create partnerships and team with other companies to win competitive procurements
• Develop compliance matrices and win themes
• Prepare and present gate reviews with recommendations to company leadership
• Collaborate with leadership and other members of Business Development team on strategy and activities
• Support business development activities such as industry days, conferences, site visits, and discussion panels
• Work with proposal managers and participate in proposal development and color team reviews
• Other duties as assigned

• Education/Training:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in management or other relevant discipline required
  • Master’s Degree preferred
    
    
• Experience:
  • 12 years of professional experience in the required task area
  • Naval Aviation Acquisition, Research, Development, Test and Evaluation Programs
  • Networking and Business Development

  • Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Power Point
• Security:
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
  • Active clearance at level Secret or higher preferred

Salary : $96,600 - $122,000
