Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: Starting wage of $18.00/hour, adjusted based on experience.
- Benefits: Full and part-time, seasonal position eligible for a season pass for employee/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Work together with Snow Sports supervisors and team leads to organize classes and students according to individual student goals and abilities
- Teach and demonstrate skiing/riding to classes of all abilities in a safe environment using a variety of teaching and ski/ride techniques
- Demonstrate specific skiing maneuvers, including loading and unloading lifts
- Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining safety as a priority at all times
- Work collaboratively with fellow staff and independently with groups or individual students
- Work in a variety of support roles and be willing to perform duties occasionally in other departments, such as rentals or lifts, as needed
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Be able to ski/ride at an intermediate level or above
- Ability to ski/snowboard, demonstrating maneuvers to students throughout the duration of a lesson for up to 6 hours per day required
- Experience working with children is preferred but not required
- Outdoor related experience preferred but not required
- Training Available: Killington/Pico Snow Sports School is committed to the highest level of instructor and professional growth. Season long training is provided in the following areas:
- In house clinics for professional and personal development
- PSIA & AASI certification prep clinics
- Cross discipline training
- Must have a passion for sharing the mountain experience
- Must be willing to work with all ages including children ages 4 and up
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
