Kimball International is looking for someone to serve as the marketing website technical owner. This role will provide technical assistance, business system analysis and project management in the area of website administration, design, development and performance. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering quality website experiences that enable desired business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and technical administration of the marketing websites.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Manage the backlog and delivery of new feature requests.
- Support and Troubleshooting of website issues.
- Ensure adherence to Kimball International’s information management policies and procedures on information security, business resumption, and lifecycle management.
Skills to Perform This Role:
- Experience with the technical administration of a Web CMS and DAM system. Specifically, Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C and Cloudinary.
- Demonstrated proficiency with HTML/CSS, HTTP, and Javascript.
- Demonstrated understanding of good UI/UX best practices, SEO, ADA guidelines, and web analytics reporting.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing and design teams to vet new feature requests.
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical requirements.
- Ability to coordinate work with offshore and local development teams.
- Ability to deliver features on budget and on time.
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Educational
- A degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification.
- 3 years experience as a website manager / administrator / developer.
For candidates, not local and outside of a commutable distance, this position may be fully remote and will require to be onsite at our Jasper, IN headquarters at least one week per quarter. For candidates, that are local or within a commutable distance, a hybrid work location arrangement will be considered with Mondays and Fridays remote and Tuesdays through Thursdays in office at our Jasper, IN headquarters.
