Administrative Services Returns Specialist

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair and operation products, is searching for a Returns Specialist in our Columbus, OH, location.

Responsibilities:  

You will be responsible for performing all uties associated with providing excellent customer service to sales representatives, customers, and internal staff. Such duties include, but are not limited to issuing system credits, completing billing adjustments, issuing call tag/return labels, weekly reporting, and communicating via phone and email.

Qualifications:  

• This position requires a high school diploma, or equivalent. College degree or business courses taken preferred 
• This position requires prior customer service experience 
• This position requires the ability to perform 5000-6000 key strokes per hour 
• This position requires proficiency in Microsoft software applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook 
• This position requires the ability to multitask successfully in a fast paced environment 
• This position requires the ability to communicate professionally with management, customers and co-workers in both written and verbal form 
• This position requires a person who is dependable (i.e. reports to work daily barring any unforeseen circumstances.) 
• Understand and maintain compliance with all applicable and governmental policies, rules, procedures and laws  

Additional Information: 

The hours are 9:30am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday and is onsite.
