You also… Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in Canada Have both a High School Diploma or GED and/or 1 years of continuous work experience. Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime Can pass a background screening Ability to stand and walk 90% of the shift Ability to perform moderate lifting (up to 40 lbs.) Ability to handle multiple priorities Problem solving and decision-making skills Must maintain excellent safety and attendance performance Good communication and listening skills Preferred Qualifications Experience operating mobile equipment (forklift, lift truck, scissor lift etc.) Industrialized Manufacturing experience with shift work is an asset Veterans and members of the Reserve and Guard are highly encouraged to apply.
