Supervisor

We deliver high quality janitorial services and provide direct communication to our clients -- and great Supervisors are essential to our success.
As the Supervisor, you'll own the inspections, work with the customers, and coordinate the cleaning crews. You are the right-hand person to the Area Manager.
Pay rate: $17per hour
Days & Times: Sun-Thur; Sun 12pm-9pm, Monday 8am-4pm, Tue 230pm-11pm, Wed 3pm-11pm, Thurs 3pm-11pm, Fri OFF, Saturday OFF
Total of 39.5 hours each week:
Flexible in shifts, days and hours, weekends and Holidays, work in food court and Mall common areas, with knowledge or willing to learn how to operate Scrubber machine, low speed machine, buffer machine, escalator machine, and lift, and general duties as a supervisor.

• Review assignments with Area Manager and maintain contact with Support team.
• Perform site inspections.
• Maintain and establish lines of communication with customers.
• Assist with scheduling cleaning teams.

Qualifications:
• At least 1 year (we'd love more!) of supervisory experience
• At least 1 year (we'd love more!) of janitorial experience
• Must maintain a clear driving record.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. on a continuous basis and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, drug screen, and e-Verify.
