You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for a variety of positions, with a focus on senior-level roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and create job descriptions and qualifications criteria.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure their qualifications match the job requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and via video conferencing, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our talent acquisition processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment, ideally with A/E/C industry experience.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
