Physical Therapist establish a plan of treatment, provides education to patient/ caregivers, communicates with the physician, assesses and evaluates therapeutic and rehabilitative functional status. Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants according to organization policy and state regulations. QualificationsLicensed to practice as a physical therapist within the State, experience is preferred, possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
