We are searching for a Colorado Infant Program Supervisor for our center at 1004 Middle Creek Pkwy. Colorado Springs, CO 80921.
When you join our team as an Infant Program Supervisor you will:
- Create and maintain an infant classroom where infants feel safe, loved, and ready to explore their world.
- Implement KinderCare Early Foundations Curriculum to guide infants through fun activities that are just right for their age.
- Ensure high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care and development for all children in the infant classroom.
- Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.

Qualifications & Skills
- Level II or III Early Childhood Professional Credential from Colorado Department of Early Childhood.
- Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
- CPR and First Aid Certification

Compensation:
- Base Pay = $16.30
- INS Premium = $2.61
- Infant Nursery Supervisor Hourly Rate = $18.75
*PTO pay is based on base pay not including the INS premium rate*
