Key Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, responsible for accounting activities relating to account reconciliations, the month-end close process and developing managerial reports for operations and financial statement related support.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Accurately record transactions into the general ledger
Accurately reconcile accounts, summarize activity, resolve reconciling difference appropriately, understand the balance sheet and P&L impacts of account activity
Ability to analyze and articulate operational performance
Able to analyze and articulate improvements to processes and practices or policies
A bility to communicate with other departments
Constantly strive to exceed goals, requirements, and expectations
Complete month-end close process to ensure timely, accurate financial data that is in compliance with GAAP and accounting policies
BS/ BA in Accounting
Detail-oriented
Strong organizational skills
Effective written and oral communication
Experience with SAP preferred
