The Executive Director:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Clinical (PT, OT, SLP, RN), must possess a current license to practice as required by the state. Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may substitute for education requirements. A track record of successful management experience in a health or human services setting and/or an extensive rehabilitation background combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skill is necessary; multi-site supervision experience is desirable. Provision of own transportation is necessary. Computer and current technology competence.
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The incumbent shall be responsible for the operation of a grouping of contract therapy locations. The incumbent plans, directs, coordinates and supervises all program activities in the area to ensure that company and client goals are met. The incumbent shall also demonstrate accountability for and contribution to company-wide program development, quality improvement, problem solving, productivity enhancement and profitability in a cross departmental and interdisciplinary environment. The incumbent shall be accountable for carrying out all responsibilities in accordance with LifePoint Health CORE values.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to travel in the community to meet clients/customers.
Ability to communicate and write in English.
Ability to transfer patients and equipment.*
Frequent and prolonged bending, stooping, crouching, walking, and standing.
