Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and greeting patients.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle patient inquiries, billing, and insurance claims.
- Maintain electronic health records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care schedules.
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of office supplies.
- Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach events.
- Assist chiropractors with patient treatments and therapies.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and home care instructions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
