Job Title: Support Services Associate
Report To: Support Center Manager/Operations Manager/ VP – Chief Operations Officer/EVP/President-CEO
Classification Code: Non-Exempt
General Purpose
Provides support to the operation of the branches and back office departments by accurately performing non-sales branch processes in a timely manner.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
20. Attend annual training on BSA/AML to remain current on any changes to these policies and procedures and remain compliant.
21. Completes SAR (Suspicious Activity Report) when applicable according to policies and procedures set forth by Kinetic Credit Union, in accordance to BSA/AML regulations, and turns over to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
22. Understands and adheres to all Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures set in place to ensure compliance.
23. Participates in the Community Involvement goals of the credit union.Responsible for completing Information Security Awareness training as directed by management.
24. Responsible for complying with GLBA, Safe Act, Regs B, D, E, CC, Z and other regulatory requirements.
Additional Duties/Responsibilities
Requirements
This position requires a high school diploma or the equivalent, and a commensurate level of language, math and reasoning skills. Because work at multiple credit union facilities and other locations is involved, the Support Services Associate must have a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record. In addition, two years of experience in a related field with similar responsibilities is preferred. Formal training should be supplemented with appropriate continuing education.

None.
Work Environment/Physical Activities
This position requires limited physical effort. The employee is occasionally required to walk, reach, stoop, kneel, or to lift and move at least 25 pounds. The ability to read small print and color vision may also be required. In addition, the employee must be able to work a flexible schedule, included but not limited to Saturday and holiday hours. The job calls for a high degree of mental concentration to interpret and act upon a wide range of situations. The job requires a degree of attention to details.
Job requires access to credit union’s network and core data processing system. Core system roles are assigned by Chief Operations Officer.
