Full Job Description
- 1-2 years experience in Manufacturing, preferably with aluminum, steel or any other type of metal preferred.
- Must have shipping or logistics background
- Must have face-to-face customer service skills and experience with using other CSR platforms, such as email and phone calls.
This role is responsible for managing all customer service administration activities related to the assigned customers including but not limited to:
- Input orders/submit POs
- Reach out to customers for orders/collections
- Assist with anything customers need
- Must be proficient with Quickbooks Qualifications / Skills:
- A passion for working with people and offering empathetic support with a positive attitude.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
