Your Mission
As our Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will work in close partnership with Marketing and other corporate function teams as needed to drive consistent hiring processes while leading with a passion and dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Your team will include Senior Talent Professionals, Talent Professionals, and an Associate Recruiter.
Priorities can often change in a fast- paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following accountabilities:
Responsible for leading and prioritizing Activision Blizzard’s recruitment activities across multiple subject areas
Partner with HRBPs and business owners to prepare for hiring projections, turnover trends, talent gaps, open positions, and job requirements maintained by your team
Lead recruitment database results in collaboration with peers, ensure accurate data collection, and establish weekly/bi- weekly updates with their organization leadership
Coach and mentor team on how to proactively and creatively source passive candidates applying our many recruiting tools and resources
Counsel hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization
Player Profile
A teammate; collaborative and encouraging, bringing an inclusive approach to their leadership style
Strong problem solving by proactively driving results possessing a bias towards action with a can- do demeanor
7- 10 years of hands- on recruiting experience and more than 3 years of team leadership experience, preferably coming from a search firm or large sophisticated corporate environment
Can handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
Ability to maintain integrity and focus in an ambiguous environment through confirmed and shown leadership
A concise, eloquent, and succinct communicator who continuously strives for process improvement
Ability to handle customer relationships and provide strong customer service skills in a team environment
Validated organization skills, ability to prioritize efficiently and run multiple tasks in an environment with opposing demands
