- Whole Home Surge Protection- (providing homes protection against things, like EMP’s, lightning strikes, solar flares, and your everyday power surges.)
- Back-Up Power- (utilizing Solar Power with Battery Backups and/or Generators)
- Roofing- (However they want it!)
- Lightning Dissipation (Commercial and Residential)
**Position Overview:**
As a Sales Representative at KingAire, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. You will have the autonomy to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build lasting relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Lead Generation:** Independently identify and qualify potential customers through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
2. **Sales Presentations:** Deliver compelling and tailored sales presentations to showcase our products/services, addressing the unique needs and challenges of prospective clients.
3. **Relationship Building:** Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing solutions to meet their needs.
4. **Pipeline Management:** Effectively manage and prioritize a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.
5. **Achieve Targets:** Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently delivering outstanding results and contributing to the growth of the organization.
**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience as a self-generated or independent Sales Representative.
2. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
5. Strong negotiation and closing skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
